About the artist
Born in Warsaw, she spent her childhood near Warsaw, living near the Kampinos Forest, where her fascination with nature took root. She works in a variety of media (graphics, drawing, painting, linocut). She primarily paints self-portraits, in which her attachment to animals and nature is evident. Like the subject matter itself, these portraits are more her own imagination, a surrealistic play, than the everyday reality that surrounds us.
